Another Moment Of Persuasion

When our group went out for lunch, as I blogged about here. What I didn’t tell my other blog was my head (group head) asked me again if I could change my mind about leaving the company. I wasn’t expecting it! I mean, I only have 1 week left. I smiled at her and told her I will be around whenever they have company events. In fact, I am volunteering to be the director of the presentation of the HR Group at the next Christmas party.
It really feels good to know that they need you.
