There are many people who do not know the first thing about their legal rights or at least the compensation that they should be getting from the one who caused the accident because it is a pity. I clearly remember the time when I was a bystander to a kid who got hit by a public utility vehicle. The dad who was with the kid at that time did not know what to do or maybe because he was still in shock. My husband ordered the dad to take the kid to the hospital because I can see from where I was standing that the kid’s head was already swelling. I do now know what happened after that but I sincerely hope they were able to claim compensation. At the very least to help them pay for the kid’s hospital bills and medicines.
