Remembering Labor Relations Training
The last training that I had was about labor relations. All the major issues were discussed between union and management. There were hardcore union officers from different companies as well as high ranking officers from different companies (too). They were from all over the country. That training really opened my eyes about the situation of the union. I used to be afraid of them because I have always taught that they would cause trouble. You see I was always part of management from Day 1, being in HR.
Now I have union friends and what can I say, they are so real and down-to-earth. They are the what you see what you get kind of people.
