Where Are My Goods?

What could be the reason why I have not received the items that I ordered online. I have been looking forward to it ever since I ordered it. It has been fully paid for and all they got to do is deliver it here. I checked with the shipping company and the people behind where I ordered it from, they said that it should have been with me today.

Where is it? My luck is really so bad today that I am so glad that the day is about to end.
