Hit And Run
Two months ago Iwas involved in a vehicular accident. A motorcycle rammed into the car I was driving and sped away. It was a hit and run! So what i did was I honked my horn and ran after him. When I caught up with him, he stopped and I demanded to know what was his deal and why was he running away. We were under the midday sun and it was so hot which was the reason why he did not want to take off his helmet. The reason why I know is because I asked him and that was his answer.
Anyways, to cut the long story short the traffic police came and we both proceeded to the police station to make some sort of arrangement. What I demanded from him was the participation fee for the insurance. No more no less. Since he could not pay up front, he just gave a promissory note. Here’s hoping that he would comply with what was agreed upon.
