Egg Sandwich Ala Francesca

Today, my daughter was asked to bring 2 hard boiled eggs. I thought they were going to make faces on the eggs. Imagine the baby egg dinosaurs at Ice Age 2. The ones that Sid took and made his own. Hehehe. Anyways, when I fetched her today. She told me she has a surprise for me. She would always bring home food from school. Since we pay for her nutrition monthly at her school anyways, it was not a surprise for me. Sometimes she does not feel like eating at school and she would sometimes bring home her food. So anyways, I was surprised when she said she made it. It was an egg sandwich! How cool is that! I guess this is the first time that my daughter cooked. I am one proud mama!
